About us
Amore Taste of Chicago was founded in 2004 by a Chicago native with one simple goal—bring a true taste of home to Las Vegas.
What started as a single suite in a small strip mall, has grown over the years into something much bigger. Through steady expansion, Amore has taken over multiple suites, added a second location on Sunset in 2020 during one of the most challenging times in the industry, and continued to evolve with the addition of a full bar and gaming in 2025. But through all that growth, one thing has never changed—our commitment to quality, tradition, and treating people like family.
At Amore, almost everything is made in-house. Our sauces are homemade, our pizzas are crafted to order, and many of our dishes are hand-breaded and prepared fresh daily. We use high-quality ingredients, including organic, never frozen Jidori chicken, and fresh toppings instead of canned—because we believe great food starts with real ingredients.
Our menu is rooted in authentic Chicago tradition. We’re known for our Chicago-style Deep Dish and Tavern-style pizzas, Vienna Beef hot dogs, and Italian beef sandwiches—but that’s only part of the story. Behind the scenes, we also have a strong Italian foundation, with homemade pastas and classic house dinners that reflect generations of flavor and care.
More than anything, Amore is about the experience. When you walk through our doors, we want it to feel like you’re stepping into a family member’s home—welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. Whether you’re a local, a Chicago native, a sports fan, or a family gathering around the table, there’s a place for you here.
Over the years, we’ve been proud to give back to our community, supporting organizations like the Retired Teachers Association, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Pawsitive Friends Foundation, and local women and children’s shelters. We’ve also built something even more meaningful—long-term relationships. Many of our team members have been with us for 8+ years, and we continue to serve loyal guests who have been dining with us since the very beginning.
Today, Amore is more than just a restaurant—it’s a place where tradition meets community, where quality comes first, and where every guest is treated like family.
